Strengths: I got alot better on multiplycation and division. And alot more better on other things.

My favorite experience from " Theme" this year was....

Inventions because you have to be an inventor and you have to be creative with what you thought of.

What I have thought of from my Intermediate year(s).....

Learning what I needed to learn because if you don't learn anything  then  theres a good chance you will end up being in fourth grade angin. And what else is important m is being a good student I dont know why but i like being a great student.

In what way(s) have you grown in Mrs.Harmons class.....

When I first came in this class room I was very shy because I was with new students but after a while I got so much better and got new friends because of Mrs.Harmon.

Describe your favorite 'thing' we studied since being in our class....

I've learned about inventions are stuff that people make which is inventions and people who make those things are called inventors.

My favorite piece of literature we read in class (and why).....

"Running out of time" because i live mysterys.

Inventions

What I'm doing in class is inventions. I'm making a solar powered water bottle shrieker, I'm doing that because when people recycle water bottles not alot fit in that little container. So what I'm using is a box, a mirror, and of course water bottles to shrink them so people would have more room to fit more in and go green!! We are also reading a book about someone who invented something, and then do a work sheet, and do a time line about them. I know its alot of work at the same time but we have alot of time to do it. I'm reading a book called Miton S. Hershey he invented chocolate,sour balls,peppermint drops,and fudge. You might think inventions are hard but there not really hard to do if you really think about it. I love inventions!!!

Deadly Waters

I'm reading this book in class called Deadly Waters. Well It was suppose to be a regular day of fishing for the Landon kids but it was not. A friend named Bridger Conley hes 14- years old he joins them because he they invited him, but after that everything changes. When a stranger in a speedboat suddenly steals Jacks camera because he couldn't a ford one him self , that leaves a trio face-to-face with an injured manatee that they want to take care of , but they can't because theres a seven foot shark in the water when they are trying to get the manatee. The chactars are Jack,Ashley,and Bridger. The setting is at a National park where theres a ocean and a dock so they can take a swim. I know alot of people would like this book that's why you should read!!

Storm Watchers

On a Wednesday evening when I got home for school, I saw the TV and It said there was going to be a storm coming our way and there was going to be massive winds. When my mom heard of it she got worried , and so did I. My brother said it wasn't going to be a big deal, but the next thing you know the storm warning turned into a tornado warning!! My bother was scared now. My mom me and my brother went to the bathroom and got settled, but we were still scared. After that we stared to here the sirens. We had to stay in the bathroom for about an half an hour. Finally my mom went to look at the TV and see if the tornado was over. It was. So we all got up to see the TV once more to make sure it really was over. So then we all just pretended like it never happened and did our homework and relaxed the rest of the evening.

What I love about Trimester 2

Hi, I'm Sydney as you know from my other blogs. Well today I want to talk about what I loved about trimester 2. Well It was a Blast in trimester to so I don't know what to talk about first. So I'll  start with what  we did most and that was math, the second chunk of math, learning logs, resource time, and most of the time we do all that stuff everyday which sometimes i enjoy doing that everyday. What else I enjoyed was when we go out for recess because we all get to enjoy fresh air and get to play with your friends which is very fun for me. And i loved when people gave me so many complements this trimester and I think its the most i had in a while. I forgot to tell you that I love jobcore because Its fun and sometimes you get to work with the kids and get to have privileges It's awesome!! Any way that most of the things I loved about Trimester 2!!!    

Earthquake Terror

Hi, Its Sydney. Today I'm going to talk about my novel that i am reading. It's called Earthquake Terror I'm not done finishing it but its a good so far. Earthquake Terror is about a boy named Jonathan who goes on a trip with his sister Abby and his mom and dad but they went for a swim and their mom came in and broke her ankle so his dad and mom have to go to the hospital in town which is pretty far. Jonathan's little siser wants to come but she can't because she had an car accident and now she can't walk. So their parents decide to make them stay and Jonathan has to take care of her. But right when they left an Earthquake happened!! The characters are Jonathan, Abby, Mom,Dad,and Moose. Moose is their dog. If you choose this book to read i bet you'll enjoy it.
